About DENPAFLUX
DENPAFLUX is revolutionizing the EMC/EMI consulting industry with AI-infused solutions that help electronics hardware designers achieve first-time compliance. In an industry where 70% of products fail EMC testing the first time, and waiting more than four weeks for traditional consulting is the norm, our innovative approach delivers expert recommendations within days, not weeks.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a tech-savvy RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Specialist with a hacker mentality to join our growing team. In this role, you'll automate critical aspects of our EMC analysis workflow, helping our experts work more efficiently while maintaining the high quality our customers expect. This is a chance to make a significant impact in a fast-growing startup that's disrupting the traditional EMC consulting space.
What You'll Do
- Automate Data Preparation: Create RPA solutions to extract, validate, and organize component information from BOMs and design files, saving our EMC experts valuable time
- Develop Report Generation Tools: Build automation systems that transform expert analysis into standardized, high-quality recommendation reports
- Integrate with Design Tools: Create automation interfaces for platforms like Altium Designer, KiCad, and other electronics design tools
- Explore & Implement New Technologies: Continuously evaluate and implement new automation tools and approaches to improve efficiency
- Help Shape Our Strategy: Contribute to our RPA and automation strategy based on learnings, proposing innovative ways to reduce our COGS while increasing service quality
- Bridge Expert Knowledge & Technology: Work closely with our EMC experts to understand their workflow and develop automation solutions that enhance their capabilities
What You'll Need
- Tech-Hacker Mindset: You love finding creative technical solutions to complex problems and can quickly prototype and test new ideas
- Automation Experience: Demonstrated experience with multiple automation tools and frameworks (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Python-based automation, or similar technologies)
- AI/ML Knowledge: Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts with practical experience implementing LLM-based solutions (OpenAI, Claude, or similar)
- Tool Selection Expertise: Ability to evaluate and select the right automation approach for each specific challenge rather than applying a one-size-fits-all solution
- Programming Skills: Strong proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (Python, JavaScript, VBA, etc.)
- Electronics Knowledge: Familiarity (or willingness to learn quickly) with electronics design concepts, PCB design tools, and component data
- Document Processing: Experience automating data extraction from and generation of structured documents (Word, Excel, PDF)
- Self-Starter Attitude: Ability to identify automation opportunities and drive implementation with minimal supervision
- Communication Skills: Excellent ability to translate technical concepts between automation specialists and EMC experts
Nice to Have
- Advanced experience with LLM prompt engineering and fine-tuning
- Experience integrating AI/ML models into automated workflows
- Knowledge of EMC/EMI concepts
- Background in electronics engineering or related field
- Experience with APIs and web scraping
- Data visualization skills
