  • dentolo is one of the fastest-growing insurance scale-ups in Europe and we are now looking for a motivated and driven CRM Manager to join our Growth Marketing team. This is an important role at dentolo as we expand our offerings and capabilities, redefine our tech stack and continuously optimize for maximum growth, scalability and efficiency. Your role is crucial in driving efficiency in our customer journeys through smart and smooth lead nurturing, customer activation and engagement. You will be given ownership of lead nurturing processes incl. Email Marketing, CRM and customer lifecycle marketing. By joining our team, you will be a crucial part of driving us forward, supporting us in building tailored CRM and marketing strategies while constantly challenging the status quo of our marketing tech stack, especially in the field of CRM, to further drive success.

    Your role in a team:

    • You will be part of a data-driven Growth Marketing team, reporting to the Marketing Operations Lead
    • You will be responsible for optimizing our existing lead nurture sequences, finding opportunities to create new journeys and doing this in collaboration with a CRM agency
    • You will be responsible for engaging with and driving revenue from customers by building lifecycle marketing sequences that deliver the right message (e.g. newsletters, upsell, cross-sell) at the right time using the right channel across our three brands
    • You will ensure excellence in our CRM platform (ActiveCampaign) and CDP set up as well as our CRM tech stack, working with other teams across the company
    • You will work with cross-functional stakeholders to define new lead and customer segments to test out, and own the A:B Experimentation strategy across our email channel
    • You will work with the Content team to develop and create comprehensive email content, aligned with tone of voice and brand guidelines
    • You will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining and creating CRM dashboards (on Metabase), owning and steering CRM performance analysis (e.g. Deliverability, Opens, Click to Contracts)

    What you need to be successful:

    • 3+ years experience with a CRM tool, ActiveCampaign is a strong plus but experience with other tools such as Braze, Hubspot, Mailchimp is also beneficial
    • 3+ years in an operations driven marketing environment like CRM, Performance Marketing, or eCommerce
    • In-depth understanding of GDPR, prior experience ensuring GDPR compliance (including data processing, consent management) and its application within CRM systems
    • You have experience using data visualization tools such as Metabase, Looker and an understanding of CRM analytics
    • You are interested and well versed in investigating bugs, implementing fixes, and optimizing existing processes; experienced and/or interested in workflow automation tools such as Zapier
    • You are interested in transforming business needs into CRM initiatives and processes
    • You are comfortable in working with cross-functional stakeholders and being involved in a variety of projects and have experience in project management
    • Native level fluency in German and fluent in English in speech and writing (we would appreciate receiving a resume in English)

    Nice to have:

    • Experience with workflow Automation Platforms (We use Zapier but any experience with Make.com, n8n, Superblocks, … would also be beneficial here)
    • Programming Languages: SQL, Python, JavaScript
    • Familiarity with HTML is a plus, as it can aid in customizing email templates and other CRM-related tasks
