    About the Position

    Dexis Professional Services is seeking Operations Support Analysts to support a potential opportunity with the Marine Corps Forces Europe and Africa based in Stuttgart, Germany and/or Naples, Italy.

    The Operations Support Analyst place of duty will primarily be Headquarters MARFOREUR/AF, though the place of duty may be at other locations. The Operations Support Analyst supports the AC/S for Operations (G3) by planning, reviewing, coordinating, evaluating, and integrating actions required to support current and future operational missions.

    Responsibilities

    • Schedules, coordinates, and facilitates the Command's key battle rhythm events including the Campaign Synchronization Working Group (CSWG) and Campaign Synchronization Board.
    • Performs information management in the Command-and-Control Information Environment (C2IE) including data curation, import, export, and entry.
    • Integrate C2IE into the Boards, Bureaus, Centers, Cells, Working Groups (B2C2WG) and operational planning processes in order to facilitate higher reporting requirements and internal collaboration.
    • Assist with C2IE user account creation, permissions, access, training, and assistance. 
    • Develop, maintain, and enforce C2IE business rules.
    • Assist management of the Training, Exercises, and Employment Plan (TEEP).
    • Assist Marine forces deployment planning in the Force Management Tool (FMT), the Joint Training Information Management System (JTIMS), and the Joint Training System (JTS).
    • Assist in document management in the proper preservation of records.
    • Provides general administrative support to the G3 as required.
    • Supports travel of military members for operations, exercises, training, and planning events by reviewing and coordinating official travel authorizations and vouchers as a DTS Routing Official.

    Qualifications 

    • Bachelor's degree and 10 years of directly related military experience; OR 15 years of directly related military experience.
    • Possesses a US Secret or higher-level clearance and a valid passport.
    • Must be able and willing to travel anywhere in the United States and the EUCOM and AFRICOM Areas of Responsibility.
    • Must be able and willing to travel occasionally (may be up to 10%).
    • Must be able to work extended hours in support of surge requirements.
    • Must be proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of programs including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint

     

    Below is the pay range aligned with this position. When developing a range, Dexis evaluates compensation holistically, triangulating between external market research, our budget for the position, and internal equity to arrive at a figure that is fair and competitive. Offers within this range will be based on an individual candidate's qualification, relevant education and experience, skills, performance, and organizational needs.

    Dexis pay range for this role:
    $66,000$82,000 USD
