    About the Position

    Dexis Professional Services is seeking Training and Assessment Analysts to support a potential opportunity with the Marine Corps Forces Europe and Africa based in Stuttgart, Germany and/or Naples, Italy.

    The Training and Assessment Analyst place of duty will be Headquarters MARFOREUR/AF. The Training and Assessment Analyst supports the AC/S for Operations (G3) by assessing the Command's operational readiness, developing, coordinating, briefing, and publishing assessment plans and products, and supporting the development, management, and maintenance of the Command Training Plan (CTP).

    Responsibilities

    • Supports the development, management, and maintenance of the CTP.
    • Drafts, coordinates, and facilitates staff review of the Commander's Training Guidance (CTG).
    • Coordinates and facilitates training objective workshops in order to assist the staff in developing training objectives for the CTP and events such as exercises and operational activities.
    • Maintains appropriate and up to date information in the Joint Training Information Management System (JTIMS), to include Training Proficiency Observations (TPOs), Training Proficiency Assessments (TPAs), and Mission Training Assessments (MTAs).
    • Develops and publishes assessment, reporting, and observation collection plans in support of exercises and operational activities in which MARFOREUR/AF has training and readiness interests.
    • Facilitates the formation and coordination of assessment teams.
    • Plans, coordinates, and conducts exercise assessments and after-action reporting, to include: Formal After Action Reports (AARs), Commander's Exercise Evaluation Reports (CEERs), and inputs to the Joint Lessons Learned Information System (JILLIS) and the Marine Corps Lessons Learned Program (MCLLP).
    • As required, provides readiness support to MARFOREUR/AF representation to periodic U.S. Marine Corps Force Synchronization Conferences.
    • Provides input to MARFOREUR/AF readiness reporting via the Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS).

    Qualifications 

    • Master's degree in a related field and 3 years of specialized experience; OR Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6 years of specialized experience, OR 10 years of specialized experience.
    • Possesses a US Secret or higher-level clearance and a valid passport.
    • Has completed Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) Phase I.
    • Must be able and willing to travel anywhere in the EUCOM and AFRICOM Areas of Responsibility.
    • Must be able and willing to travel frequently (may be up to 25%).
    • Must be able to work extended hours in support of exercise requirements.
    • Must be an effective communicator both verbally and in writing, and able to brief senior military leaders.
    • Must be proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of programs including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint. 

     

    Below is the pay range aligned with this position. When developing a range, Dexis evaluates compensation holistically, triangulating between external market research, our budget for the position, and internal equity to arrive at a figure that is fair and competitive. Offers within this range will be based on an individual candidate's qualification, relevant education and experience, skills, performance, and organizational needs.

    Dexis pay range for this role:
    $97,000$122,000 USD
