Your Tasks

Are you a creative thinker and word acrobat - and do you have a good dose of enthusiasm for the further education of people to launch their new careers?

As a Content Marketing Manager, you'll be part of our 20-person marketing team, ensuring the long-term development of new content and materials.

You are responsible for conceptualizing content on all of our marketing channels, our website, and personalized outreach to our various target groups (online course participants, Federal Employment Agency, partners, etc.).

Your tasks are...

co-responsible for the development of our content strategy and marketing plan as well as their implementation.
regularly working together with your SEO Manager colleague to place the right keywords in your content (German & English).
on design projects, you provide feedback and coordinate the process and set priorities.
you keep an eye on the performance of content in cooperation with the team.
bringing new creative ideas to online and offline marketing is your passion.

Your Skills

with your native German and English proficiency and your empathy you are able to put yourself in people's shoes to address different target groups.
several years of in-depth professional experience in content management and a strong analytical mindset set you apart.
ideally, you have a degree in marketing or communications or an equivalent qualification.
your passion is writing, and you are no stranger to working with a tone of voice.
you always apply your excellent project management skills and are self-motivate.
