Senior Product Manager (all genders)

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Supply domain, which is responsible for onboarding carriers onto our system (integrating external systems, harmonizing data structures and building revenue-increasing products for carriers). This is key to scale our business, therefore our focus is on innovation and automation.

What you will do:

• Define short-term (sprint) and mid-term (quarterly) roadmaps, ensuring alignment of stakeholders and the organization regarding our objectives to transform our platform into a world-class transportation marketplace
• Monitor and act on metrics such as usage, adoption, quality SLAs, etc. that must be consistently met and remain competitive with other products available on the market.
• Take ownership of strategic projects within your Product end-to-end: define the business needs, develop user stories and requirements to ensure smooth delivery, and perform UAT to confirm that the delivery meets customer expectations.
• Run adaptive Scrum process to ensure the engineering team delivers the features on time.
• Write user documentation to improve the usability of the system for internal & external users and establish the best integration experience on the market.
