Tasks
- Leading Change: Help us navigate through transitions and make change a smooth (and maybe even enjoyable) experience for everyone. You will be the go-to guide as we implement new ways of working and ensure that DocMorris remains agile and forward-thinking.
- Talent Management: We don’t just want great talent – we want exceptional talent, and we need your expertise to help us grow it. You will help identify and develop top talent across the organisation, coach our leaders, and create career paths that keep our people excited to stay with us.
- Optimising Processes: We believe in making things better, faster, and smarter. You will be driving the optimization of our HR processes, cutting out inefficiencies, and making sure that our HR practices are always in tip-top shape.
- Employee Lifecycle: From the first handshake during onboarding to the final exit interview, you will oversee the entire employee journey. Your goal? To ensure every interaction is positive and productive, and leaves employees thinking, “Wow, that was a great experience.”
- Cultural Transformation: You are the ambassador for our culture – you will help ensure that DocMorris stays a place where people love to work, where collaboration thrives, and where our values are lived and breathed by everyone.
Requirements
- Proven experience in change management (because we all know that change is the only constant, right?) and the ability to make it a seamless, exciting journey.
- A background in talent management – you can spot a rising star from a mile away and have the tools to help them shine.
- A knack for process optimisation – if something can be improved, you are the first to jump in and make it happen.
- A strategic mindset and winning spirit that looks at the big picture while still sweating the small details.
- You are a people person with a sense of humour, emotional intelligence, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
- Fluency in German and English is necessary, and if you speak Dutch, you will be our hero.
- A genuine passion for building strong, inclusive teams and a desire to create a positive workplace culture.
- Preferably, experience in or a strong affinity for tech companies (or tech departments).
