Integration Specialist Marketplace

Tasks

Seller Onboarding:

• Guide new sellers through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and complete all necessary steps.

• Provide training and support to sellers on how to use our platform and integrate their CMS.

Integration Management:

• Manage the technical integration of various CMS (e.g., Magento, Shopware 6, Shopify) with our marketplace platform.

• Develop and implement integration solutions and scripts to streamline the onboarding process.

Technical Support:

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to seller integrations.

• Work closely with the technical team to address and solve any backend issues that impact seller performance and catalog management.

Documentation and Training:

• Create comprehensive documentation and guides for sellers to facilitate self-service onboarding and issue resolution.

• Conduct training sessions and webinars for sellers to improve their understanding of our integration processes and tools.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Act as a liaison between sellers, technical teams, and customer support to ensure clear communication and efficient problem resolution.

• Provide regular updates and feedback to internal teams on common seller issues and potential improvements to the integration process.

Performance Monitoring:

• Monitor the performance of integrated sellers to ensure they meet platform standards.

• Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in e-commerce platforms and CMS integrations, particularly with Magento, Shopware 6, and Shopify.
• Strong technical background with proficiency in API integration, scripting, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in creating technical documentation and training materials.
• conversational level of English and German is mandatory

Nice to have

• Experience working in a marketplace environment.
• Knowledge of additional CMS platforms.
• Familiarity with SQL and database management.
• Understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
