Investor Relations & Sustainability Analyst / Controller

DocMorris stands for customer-centric innovative services and a wide range of products around digital healthcare. These range from fast appointment scheduling for online doctor visits on the TeleClinic telemedicine platform to pharmaceutical advice and supply of prescription and over-the-counter medications, as well as health products from Germany's best known online pharmacy.
In addition, there is a marketplace with a wide range of complementary healing and aid supplies, as well as products in the areas of nutrition, beauty, and family. This allows DocMorris to provide its customers with easy access to comprehensive healthcare services in one place with just one click. In the Germany segment, Swiss DocMorris AG generated external sales of 976 million CHF in 2023 with over 9 million active customers.

Tasks

• Focus on sustainability and investor relations reporting (quarterly, annually) such as press releases, presentations and reports
• Contribute to building out our quantitative sustainability reporting towards new reporting standards, such as ESRS, EU Taxonomy, TCFD, CSDDD
• Analysis and preparation of focused studies on capital markets as well as competition for the management board
• Manage ESG ratings, maintaining relationships and interacting with highly sophisticated external stakeholders, such as investors and analysts
• Ownership of projects, internal stakeholder management, access to senior management from day 1
• Support the Head of IR & Sustainability in ad-hoc analyses / projects

Requirements

• Passionate about sustainability and digitalization in healthcare
• Motivated self-starter, ability to assume responsibility quickly in a high-paced environment
• Highly analytical thinking, structured, diligent and responsible
• 2+ years of work experience, e.g. in in professional services, such as consulting, investment banking
• Any university bachelor / master degree
• Strong MS Office skills and SAP user knowledge.
• Very good language skills in German English (spoken and written)
• Open to travel c. 1-2 per quarter to our European locations
