Project Manager & Marketplace Integration

As a Project Manager & Marketplace Integration, you will be responsible for the holistic integration of our partners into the marketplace as well as for the further development of the marketplace features of our website, app and partner platform. Your task is to support and develop the partner onboarding process with technical expertise and strong project management skills. Together with our product and development teams, you plan and prioritize the technical and strategic direction of the marketplace.

Tasks

• Planning and management of product development (website, app, partner platform) to increase marketplace sales as well as continuous optimization of processes and systems in onboarding and live operation
• Coordination of internal product teams and external development agencies to develop and optimize the marketplace features
• Management of agencies for the development of interfaces and connectors to partner systems (e.g. to pharmacy management systems; or shop systems such as Shopify, Shopware, Woocommerce, etc.)
• Project management for the integration of Prio marketplace partners with the involvement of the sales and account management team

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in technically oriented project or product management, ideally with relevant retail/marketplace platforms and/or interface providers, agencies, shop system providers
• Strong skills in cross-departmental project management, organization, willingness to learn
• Strong analytical thinking and planning skills
• In-depth understanding of marketplace business models and their goals
• Ideally: Knowledge of shop systems and software technology, esp. in dealing with APIs, GraphQL, Postman, etc.
• Fluent in German and English is mandatory
