(Senior) Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer (f/m/d)

More than 550 employees of the doctari group (doctari, Planerio, lichtfeld) work at nine locations to bring medical professionals exactly where they are needed most. Doctari has been placing doctors and nurses in medical facilities since 2008 and is constantly helping to noticeably improve working conditions for medical professionals.

To support our delivery team in Berlin, we are now looking for a

(Senior) Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer (f/m/d)

• Collaborate with internal departments to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Dynamics 365.
• Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 modules, entities, workflows, and integrations to meet department specifications.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and applications using APIs and web services.
• Perform code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the quality and performance of developed solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 solutions as needed.
• Embrace Agile methodologies, participate in Scrum ceremonies, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.
• Collaborate effectively with our international team members.

• 3 years of experience in Dynamics 365 development.• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience with .NET development using C#.
• Knowledge of TypeScript and its application in web development.
• Experience with AWS cloud services, including but not limited to EC2, S3, Lambda and RDS.
• Knowledge of Kafka and experience working with Kafka in Confluent Cloud.
• Familiarity with modern web development frameworks and libraries such as React or Angular.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Certifications in Dynamics 365 or related Microsoft technologies.
