To support our Time Tracking & Payroll team in Munich, we are now looking for a

Full-Stack Software Engineer (m/f/d)

• Join one of our new cross-functional teams that builds smart shift planning solutions for the healthcare sector. 
• Shape the codebase and architecture of our next-gen product. 
• Use your back-end development expertise to deliver a fast, scaling and quality-focused software product. 
• Support and improve deployment and operations (DevOps mentality). 
• Use modern technologies to architect, develop, and test a product that impacts the life of thousands of medical professionals. 
• Work with our product organisation to drive short feedback cycles by delivering affordable and extendable product increments. 
• Closely collaborate with fellow engineers to refine our architecture, drive technical topics, and share knowledge across the tech organisation. 

• You have 3+ years of experience with web and cloud application development. 
• You like Kotlin/Java and Spring Boot and have at least 3+ years of relevant experience. 
• You have 1+ years of experience with front-end development, preferably with React and TypeScript. 
• You are passionate about developing applications with an excellent user experience and value clean, robust, maintainable code. 
• You have hands-on experience with automated tests and CI/CD pipelines. 
• You have and advocate for an Agile mindset. 
• You have experience with ORMs (e.g. Hibernate) and relational databases. 
• You are fluent in English. 

• German language skills would be a plus but are not required. 
• Extended experience with more of our tech stack (Java, Kotlin, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, React, Kafka, MySQL, Docker, AWS Lambda) and tools (GitHub, Jira, Confluence). 
• Experience with building and running B2B and/or SaaS software. 
• Experience in app development with React Native. 
• AWS certifications would be great.
