The Director Sales & Retail Media Monetization plays a key role in creating a new multi-billion ad-vertising opportunity in airport and retail media. The position holder owns the revenue growth, drives global advertising partnerships, and builds a scalable sales operation that monetizes Avolta’s unique media assets. This role requires deep knowledge of ad platforms, DOOH, and pro-grammatic, and the ability to close high-value deals with global brands & agencies.
• Own & scale ad sales across DOOH, Programmatic, Retail Media, and Multi-Channel Advertis-ing
• Develop high-value brand partnerships with endemic (beauty, liquor, fashion) & non-endemic (finance, travel, tech) advertisers
• Lead high-performing sales teams and drive execution across regional retail media & agency partners
• Optimize revenue models by integrating direct IO, self-service DSPs, and programmatic moneti-zation
• Co-sell with Category Management to secure long-term advertising budgets from suppliers
• 10+ years in Advertising Sales, Retail Media, AdTech or Programmatic
• Proven track record of closing €10M+ media deals
• Deep knowledge of Retail Media, Ad Exchanges, and Brand Sales
• Ability to build & scale high-performing ad sales teams globally
• Fluent in English, speech and writing; additional language is an asset
