    Tasks

    • Play a key role in the Information Security organization with global responsibility for Cyber Security
    • Manage cyber security project teams to achieve their goals
    • Monitor the progress of projects in terms of time, costs, scope and quality as well as take appropriate measures if there are any deviations
    • Ensure that all assigned projects are completed, including all relevant steps, milestones and resources
    • Maintain a timely and professional dialogue with all stakeholders, including overall stakeholder management

    Requirements

    • A degree in business studies, computer science, information security, or a related field with relevant work experience
    • Proven change management experience with a strong passion for cybersecurity
    • Successful leadership of complex cybersecurity projects, ideally in the manufacturing industry
    • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., BSI, ISO, NIST, SANS), technologies and best practices.
    • Experience is ideally supplemented by relevant project certifications (e.g., Prince2, PMP, IPMA) and/or security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM)
    • Fluent in English, with German language skills a plus
