Team Lead Testing Engineering (m/f/d)

Our customer CMBlu started in 2011 as a research-driven project with the goal of storing electrical energy in any quantity in an environmentally friendly, sustainable and cost-effective manner.

We are looking for an Independent team player who enjoys new professional challenges to join the team as an IT Infrastructure Specialist (m/f/d) in Alzenau.

Aufgaben

• Leadership and development of employees in the Test Engineering department
• Development and execution of concepts for component and module tests, evaluation, and documentation
• Creation of test orders for in-house standard tests (unit tester, module tester, product tester) and accompanying their evaluation and documentation
• Planning and supervision of tests in collaboration with external service providers
• Support of the Testing department as well as of the Prototype Workshop

Qualifikation

• Completed studies in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable technical field
• Knowledge of CAD or simulation software is advantageous
• At least 5 years of professional experience in Testing or Measurement and Control Technology
• Leadership experience is desirable
• Proficient in common office applications
• Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to travel (1%)
• Communicative and open personality and very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
