Aufgaben

You want to become part of our dynamic, international, and multidisciplinary team? As a Software Developer for LiDAR Simultaneous Localization and Mapping (SLAM), you contribute to our C++ SLAM- and point cloud processing framework. This involves implementation and testing of new features and improvements for the existing code base. You’ll cooperate closely with other teams to create highly scalable solutions and ensure smooth operation.

Qualifikation

Your background

Multiple years of experience in working with 3D point clouds

• Strong programming skills in modern C++ (minimum C++17)
• Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a technical major (e.g. informatics, electrical engineering)
• Fluent in English

Nice-to-have

Experience in developing SLAM algorithms

• Experience with robotic sensor data such as LiDAR, IMU, camera
• Experience in working with REST APIs
• Proficiency with containerization tools (Docker)
• Programming skills in Golang / Rust / Qt
• Knowledge of development and deployment workflows (git, CI/CD, …)
• German language skills
