At dvlp we're transforming how renewable energy
projects are planned and developed. Our platform combines interactive
mapping, sophisticated geospatial analysis, and effective project
management tools that help to create sustainable energy solutions.
We're looking for a Software Engineer to support us in accelerating
clean energy development. You'll work closely with our CTO/CPO and
collaborate with fellow team mates to create features that make complex
geospatial data accessible and meaningful for our users.
Tasks
- Create and implement end-to-end features for our web application, from design through deployment and measuring the effects
- Develop efficient solutions for visualizing and processing geospatial data, building intuitive interfaces with modern tech stack
- Collaborate with a team to solve interesting technical challenges
- Regularly present your work to the team and respond to feedback
- Share ideas that will help to grow our product and improve the organisation
Requirements
- Experience building web applications with modern
frameworks (min. 3 years). Our tech stack: Python, Django,
JavaScript/TypeScript and Alpine.js. - Interest in or experience with geospatial technologies (we use Mapbox GL and PostGIS)
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Product-oriented mindset to craft business requirements into solutions that bring value
- Interest in working in a startup environment
- Clear communication skills in English
