Dyssol is a software for the simulation of solid processes such as comminution, spray drying or tableting in chemical, pharmaceutical or food industry. With Dyssol, a digital process twin can be created to perform optimization and process planning by simulation. Dyssol simulates and optimizes time-dependent processes, predicts product properties and enables the integration of user-defined processes. DyssolTEC offers software licenses as well as comprehensive support such as training, workshops and development contracts.

Tasks

Thesis topic:

Python integration to write process models in python language (C++/Python-coupling)

Requirements

• Student of Computer Science, Process Engineering with programming expericence, or similar
• Final stage of Bachelor / Master studies and looking for industrial thesis topic
• Enthusiastic about process digitalization and solids processes
• Programming knowledge (Python, C++) is beneficial
• Ideally, you already have a Professor/Post doc at your university in mind who would like to be your academic supervisor
• You are a student of TU Hamburg? We are working in close cooperation with TUHH and know many professors who can supervise your thesis
• Good communication skills in German or English
