Tasks
- Lead project coordination and manage projects related to the expansion and modification of chemical production facilities.
- Execute complex project work independently, focusing on electrical, measurement and control technology (EMSR) and automation.
- Participate in and contribute to safety assessments (e.g., HAZOPs) for plant safety.
- Implement SIL (Safety Integrity Level) requirements in measurement and control systems.
- Act as a technical expert in both internal and external committees, such as NAMUR.
- Continuously develop and update internal technical standards, contributing to innovation and optimisation projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Energy Technology, or a related field.
- Several years of professional experience in chemical production plants, refineries, paper industries, or similar environments.
- Strong interest in tackling complex, interdisciplinary projects.
- Excellent team player with strong communication skills, motivation, and a proactive approach.
- Fluency in German is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
