Solution Architect (m/f/d)

Our client, a leading energy service provider in Europe, is seeking an experienced IT Solution Architect to design and implement solution architecture for applications of varying complexities on a global scale, ensuring alignment with defined business requirements.

Tasks

Responsibilities:

• Assist in shaping IT strategy and principles, aligning them with business goals, and driving continuous improvement.
• Establish and enforce guidelines, standards, and best practices while ensuring project alignment with target architecture and facilitating stakeholder collaboration.
• Craft adaptable solution architectures meeting business requirements, ensuring quality and alignment with overall IT strategy, while supporting project management and maintaining architectural documentation.
• Evaluate and propose high-level solutions for incoming requirements, estimating resources and costs, and ensuring alignment with IT strategy and stakeholder needs.
• Contribute to defining and refining a coherent business architecture, advising on feasibility and aligning solutions with organizational goals.
• Facilitate the selection and support of external partners, monitoring solution portfolio development, and aiding in partner evaluation and selection.
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders, manage expectations and risks, and act as a technology advocate within the organization, fostering collaboration and understanding.

Requirements

• Completed degree in computer science or comparable qualification
• Experience in the architecture of holistic IT solution concepts and agile environments
• Ability to work in a team as well as responsible and independent action
• Fluent in English and conversational German Language.
