Your mission:

Supporting the strategic and content development of our mailings for new customer acquisition and customer retention
Planning, creating, and sending national and international email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, and A/B testing
Success control, including reporting, forecasting, and formulating recommendations for action
Collaborating with CRM, BI, and sales teams to elevate target group definitions, segmentations, and targeting concepts to a new level
Supporting the further development of campaign functionalities with the goal of increasing segmentation, personalization, and automation

Your profile:

Completed studies in marketing, economics or a similar qualification
Several years (3+ years) of poven experience in the development, implementation, analysis, and optimization of email campaigns as well as project management
Creativity and a keen sense of delivering the right message at the right time to the right target group.
Analytical skills, numerical affinity, and good knowledge in data analysis and evaluation.
German at native speaker level (C1) and fluent English skills. Another foreign language (French, Spanish, or Italian) is desirable.
Assertiveness, strong communication skills, and an independent working style.
