    Tasks

    • Impactful Work in EdTech: Join an innovative EdTech company and play a key role in transforming educational data into actionable insights for our customers. Your work will directly support learners, educators, and institutions.
    • Customer-Focused Analytics: Design and maintain Looker Studio reports and dashboards that provide our customers with valuable insights into market data, helping them make informed decisions.
    • Data Warehousing Excellence: Build and optimize a modern data warehouse to ensure scalable, efficient, and reliable data storage and analytics capabilities tailored to customer needs.
    • Web Scraping Initiatives: Leverage web scraping tools and techniques to collect and organize external data sources, enriching our datasets and enhancing customer insights.
    • Collaborative Team Environment: Be part of a supportive, forward-thinking team that values innovation and teamwork.

    Requirements

    • Data Warehousing Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in building and managing data warehouses, including schema design, optimization, and ETL processes.
    • Experience in Looker Studio: Proven ability to design, build, and maintain interactive reports and dashboards that provide customers with clear and actionable insights.
    • Web Scraping Skills: Proficiency in using web scraping tools and techniques to collect, clean, and integrate external data sources into our data ecosystem. Nice-to-Have: Experience with writing custom web scrapers.
    • Programming Skills: Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or SQL for data manipulation and pipeline creation.
    • Customer-Centric Thinking: An understanding of how to translate customer requirements into technical solutions that provide impactful insights.
    • Collaboration: Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and work across teams.
    • German Language Skills: Proficiency in German at B2 level or higher to effectively communicate with the team, customers and stakeholders in a bilingual work environment.
