Your tasks

• With knowledge and experience you lead your team independently during project work. You will analyze and prioritize project requirements and coordinate or delegate tasks within the project team.
• You have the overview in all project phases, from quotation costing and control programming to commissioning and production support.
• You define goals for your team and team members, follow up on them, and take action when goals are at risk.
• You always focus on the continuous professional development of your team and/or your team members.
• Furthermore, you communicate with the management about appointments, status reports, organizational matters and communicate relevant information to your team.
• You are responsible for the medium and long-term planning of resources.

Requirements

Your profile

• You have a university degree in science, IT or engineering and find it easy to familiarize yourself with new technical topics.
• You enjoy leading, coaching and developing a team in PLC programming based on trust, motivation and success.
• You are interested in growing into a leadership role, expanding the professional and technical expertise of your team, and providing long-term support to your staff and students.
• Professional experience in team management and/or industrial automation is advantageous.
• You speak very good German and English.
• You bring a high willingness to travel.
