As we build our team, we are looking for a Bilingual Recruiter & HR Operations Manager to drive talent acquisition and ensure efficient HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process to attract top talent in IT, Product, and Operations.
- Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels, including social media and niche platforms.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Manage interview coordination, feedback loops, and the candidate experience.
- Oversee onboarding, off-boarding, and performance management cycles.
- Maintain and optimise HR systems, including ATS.
- Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and labor law compliance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- 3+ years of IT, Product, and Operations hiring experience.
- Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms.
- Familiarity with ATS and HR systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Fluent or native proficiency in both Russian & English.
