You are responsible for the application operations of our different software products, to ensure that everything is up and running in highest quality
You provide technical support and troubleshooting for escalated issues from our Customer Care team and our B2B clients
You collaborate closely with our development and our infrastructure team and are the key contact person for external and internal stakeholders
You identify problems in all layers of the tech stack, help resolving them as well as escalate software bugs and performance issues
You have a very good overall technical understanding (Experience with payment systems is a plus)
You have experience with database systems (ideally NoSQL databases) as well as with monitoring and alerting systems like Cloudwatch or Kibana
You have a good understanding of how to use Rest APIs
You have attention to detail and a sense for high quality standards
You speak fluent English which is our company language
You have your permanent residence in Germany or the EU
