    We are developing software for the EV charging market that aims to enhance the overall journey for EV drivers through real-time updates and user-friendly features. One aspect of our vision includes developing the best charging app on the market for our biggest B2B client, E.ON Drive. But that's just one piece of the puzzle. By leveraging the latest technologies and industry insights, we are working on a tailored solution that aims to empower CPOs and energy players to maximize efficiency, minimize costs, and ultimately drive greater success in their businesses.

    About the role

    • You lead our Business Products unit towards our product vision and achieve the defined growth targets 

    • You lead and guide a cross-functional team to ensure a seamless experience for customers and partners

    • You maintain and develop a culture driven by ownership, accountability and trust across the unit and represent a great  leader, mentor and coach to the team 

    • You manage the unit P&L and take care of efficiency, profitability, sustainability, and scalability of the unit

    • You define and meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume, market share, and other key financial performance objectives 

    • You refine unit processes and help to establish efficient workflows 

    • You establish and maintain productive with customers and key stakeholders

    • You closely collaborate with our board to align the unit and overarching company vision and strategy 

    • You assure that we deliver high quality business products with an obsession about customer experience

    Your profile  

    • You collected 10+ years of professional experience in roles focused on business strategy 

    • You have experience in financial management and analyses as well as managing P&Ls 

    • You are a strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a pragamtic way of working

    • You have strong leadership and team mentorship skills, experience in managing cross-functional teams and fostering a people-centric culture 

    • You have a humble personality and want to support people and teams in being able to bring their best contribution

    • You have experience working with Software as a Service products

    • You have an understanding of sales processes and know how to build relationship with customers and other stakeholders 

    • You are skilled in refining processes and managing multiple projects, focused on continuous improvement

    • You have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality products and an outstanding customer experience

    • You speak fluent English which is our company language

    • You have your permanent residence in Germany or the EU 

    Our hiring process

    Application screening: Our People & Culture team screens all applications in collaboration with the teams.
    P&C Screening Interview (30 min): This is the first step of the interview process, you will meet your recruiter here. The recruiter will give you an overview about the hiring process next steps and will answer any cultural related questions.
    First interview (45 min): In this interview, you will meet your potential direct colleagues. The goal of this interview is getting-to-know each other and aligning expectations from both ends to get a feeling if this would be a good fit for both sides. 
    Case study Interview (1,5 h): In this interview, candidates are presented with a real or hypothetical business scenario and asked to analyze the situation, identify key issues, and propose solutions. Solutions are in form of presentation and we give you an opportunity to explain your rational behind the solution.
    Culture add (1 h): In this last step, we want to introduce you to a few other people who you would be working with, so you get a good image of our team in total. Here, we will only focus on more cultural topics.
