Your mission:
This is an exciting opportunity for a high-potential finance professional to gain comprehensive experience in financial planning and analysis, controlling, and various finance operations within a dynamic scale-up environment.
What you'll do:
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Collaborate with the team lead finance in preparing detailed financial forecasts and analyses.
- Support the development and maintenance of revenue forecasts with deep analyses
- Monitor the business plan by regularly comparing planned vs. actual financial performance
- Assist in preparing materials for board meetings and other presentations
- Financial Controlling and Reporting
- Assist in preparing financial reports for leadership, summaries and performance metrics
- Conduct financial analyses to support business decisions and project evaluations
- Develop financial models to provide insights and recommendations for strategic initiatives
- Participate in finance projects, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of finance
Who you are:
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably from a finance or consulting background
- Degree in Finance, Business Intelligence or a similar field
- Familiar with P&Ls, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flows
- Comfortable discussing FP&A with colleagues
- Basic knowledge of German HGB standards
- Proficient in spreadsheet software; experience with BI tools like Tableau is a plus
- Detail-oriented with a methodological working style
- Strong communicator with experience managing stakeholders
- Excellent English skills; German language skills are a plus
