Team Lead FP&A (m/f/d)

Your mission:

Join our dynamic scale-up and play a pivotal role in shaping the finance function. This is a thrilling opportunity for a finance high-potential to have direct impact across the entire spectrum of financial planning and analysis/controlling, as well as contributing to accounting operations.

What you'll do: 

• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
  • Work closely with the leadership and CEO, especially in Investment Rounds
  • Setup and drive with the Revenue department a revenue forecast 
  • Manage and oversee our business plan and continuously compare plan vs. actuals
• Finance Business Partner
  • Support leadership in preparation of board meetings and shareholder meetings
  • Be the sparing's partner for all Finance topics, especially to leadership 
  • Provide financial analyses and models to advise business and project decisions
• Functional Team Lead Finance with growth opportunities
  • Coordinate activities of one Junior FP&A manager 
  • Coordinate activities of one in-house Accounting/Payroll manager
  • Coordinate activities with external accountants and tax advisors
    (incl. preparatory work for annual financial statements of enmacc Group)

Who you are:

• 3+ years of relevant work experience, ideally from consulting at one of the Big Four
• Degree in finance/accounting or a similar field
• Highly fluent in the language of P&Ls, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flows
• Comfortable talking about FP&A and Finance with colleagues
• Good knowledge of German HGB standards
• Excellent knowledge of spreadsheet software; ideally, experience with BI tool Tableau 
• Very good eye for detail; methodological working style 
• You are a good communicator; experience in managing senior stakeholders
• Excellent English skills and ideally German
