Deine Aufgaben

• Project Ownership: Develop a high-value product for the newly established B2B Crew from the ground up, setting high standards for software development and quality.
• Team Collaboration: Work within a small but highly effective team consisting of a backend engineer and a tech lead. Contribute to the growth and success of the crew.
• Autonomy and Decision Making: Exercise autonomy in technical decisions while adhering to Architecture Decision Records (ADR) for broader, cross-crew decisions.
• Quality Assurance: Create high-quality software that will be utilized by major players in the real estate industry, setting new standards in the field.
• Cross-Crew Collaboration: Engage with different crews and collaborate with highly skilled engineers across the organization.

Dein Profil

• You are passionate about delivering high-quality products and can effectively articulate their value to stakeholders, driving adoption and impact.

• You possess strong communication skills and maintain a calm and professional demeanor even in high-pressure situations.

• Flutter Expertise: Minimum of 3 years of recent experience working with Flutter.

• Front-End Development: At least 5 years of combined experience in front-end development, including the recent 3 years in Flutter.

• Web Development Background: Familiarity with web functionalities and technologies.

• Coding Skills: Proficient in Dart and TypeScript.

• Frameworks and Libraries: Experience with Next.js or similar frameworks, and libraries like React or similar.

• Cross-Platform Development: Experience in building Flutter applications for web, mobile, and desktop, including native functionalities.

• Development Practices: Ability to create testable and well-documented applications using Test Driven Development (TDD).

• Authentication Systems: Experience with various authentication setups like Auth0 and Firebase.

• Bonus Skills:

  • Real-time communication with back-end systems.
  • Integrating Flutter with other frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Golang.

• You thrive in taking the initiative and driving projects independently, showcasing your ability to lead without constant guidance from a Product Manager.
