    Summary: 

    The overall purpose of this job is to provide HR business partner support within the organization, utilizing very good communication skills and social skills, and applying professional knowledge and experience in HR practices.

    The role includes responsibility for managing HR functions across different countries, with a special focus on The Netherlands (Amersfoort office). The HR Business Partner is expected to travel to the Amersfoort office twice a month and will be required to travel up to 20% of the time.

    Responsibilities

    1. Implement and manage all HR-related policies, procedures, and programs.
    2. Recruit, interview, and hire new employees.
    3. Oversee staff development and respond to complaints from and about employees.
    4. Plan for the long-term HR health of the organization.
    5. Manage HR responsibilities for multiple countries, with a specific focus on The Netherlands (Amersfoort office).
    6. Ensure regular presence in the Amersfoort office by traveling twice a month and be prepared for additional travel as needed, up to 20% of the time.


    The position requires professional knowledge that can be obtained through a first degree (undergraduate) or an advanced vocational qualification
