    Summary:

    We’re looking for a driven Product Manager to play a critical role in aligning market needs with product development. You’ll work closely with Engineering, NPD, and commercial teams to ensure products meet market demands. This role offers significant responsibility and impact, with 50% travel required. The work can be carried out from any of our global locations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Market Insights & VOC: Collect and funnel customer feedback and market trends into actionable requirements for Engineering and NPD.

    • Presales Support: Respond to RFIs, RFQs, and Tenders, and maintain a database of Q&A for future use.

    • Product Collateral: Own and update sales brochures, datasheets, and presentations to clearly communicate product value.

    • Competitive Intelligence: Track competitor products and market entries and provide insights to inform strategy.

    • Field Testing: Coordinate and support field tests for new products and markets, analysing results to guide improvements.

    • KPI Management: Define, track, and publish KPIs for consumer tests to validate product performance.

    • Commercial Representation: Represent commercial interests in NPD design and launch reviews.

    • Sales Training: Develop product training materials and deliver sessions for the sales team.

    • Travel: Travel up to 50% for market research, field tests, and product launches.
