We are looking for a working student who is passionate about social media, skilled in copywriting, and eager to contribute to the promotion of our innovative eVTOL vehicle. The Marketing and Public Relations department is responsible for creating and sustaining the ERC brand and its perception, both internally and externally. Hence, as a working student you will be actively involved in managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and supporting our overall marketing strategy.

Tasks

Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms.
Monitor social media channels for industry trends and company mentions, responding appropriately.
Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain current and effective.
Assist in the creation of social media campaigns and tracking of performance metrics.
Collaborate with other teams e.g product management and business development to align social media strategies with overall business goals.
Analyze social media insights to optimize content and improve engagement.

Requirements

you should...

Be currently enrolled in a university program in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Have at least some months of experience in social media management, preferably within the technology or aerospace industries.
Have strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
Be proficient in using social media platforms and management tools.
Have a basic understanding of digital marketing principles and SEO.
Have a creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content.
Have excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Be passionate about technology and have a genuine interest in the aerospace industry and urban air mobility.
Have native English skills. German is a plus.
