Full Stack Developer (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

• You will take on development from A to Z: from frontend & backend all the way to testing
• You will apply agile software development methods as well as object-oriented analysis and design
• You will use JavaScript and web technologies, as well as high-performance databases.
• You will remove engineering blocks, foster collaborative working and enable fast decisions
• You will actively seek to identify technical debt and implement strategies to remove it
• You will mentor, inspire and challenge engineers to deliver their best work
• You will act as a feedback coach to your team, conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable insight

Wen wir suchen

• Proven expertise in software engineering with a deep understanding of computer science fundamentals
• Excellent knowledge in professional development with JavaScript as well as good familiarity with JavaScript libraries (such as React.JS)
• Familiarity with relational databases, microservices, APIs, complex web applications and building scalable systems
• You have an eye for design and are familiar with frontend frameworks and libraries (such as Tailwind CSS or similar)
• You have first experience in leadership and are able to guide and support entry-level developers
• You are a concise, empathetic and clear communicator
• You have a university or technical college degree in computer science, information technology, mathematics, or similar fields, or equivalent professional experience
