Country Operations Manager – AÜG Recruitment

I have been retained to work on a new and really exciting role in Recruitment.

The Company – Highly Successful Recruitment Agency specialising in supplying large logistics companies with flexible labour on an AÜG (Arbeitnehmerüberlassung) basis throughout Germany.

Hugely successful in the UK for over 20 years, this company has been supplying flexible labour in Germany for the last 7 years.

Tasks

What they are looking for – To continue their expansion in the German market they are looking for an Operations Manager who will support the growth of the business throughout the region.

You will focus on further developing relationships with existing key clients through regular meetings and support in the planning of staffing levels with them on a quarterly basis.

You will work with a small existing team of contract managers and ensure the delivery of staffing solutions to the client base.

You will support the contracts team with your knowledge and experience of AÜG regulations and ensure that candidates are well looked after and continue to renew their contracts.

Requirements

You - I am looking for a candidate who loves recruitment!

You will be client focused and have the ability to manage and develop relationships with a variety of clients.

You will have previous experience of working with AÜG contracts at management level and have managed a small team of 3 or 4.

If you have been a branch manager before and are looking for your next step to work across a whole region then this is perfect for you.

English and German language skills are essential.

You can be based from anywhere in Germany but must be able to travel to your clients.
