    Tasks

    Key Responsibilities:

    Drive Member Engagement: Design and implement a comprehensive membership programme that fosters community, delivers value, and enhances the overall member experience.

    Manage Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the membership programme, including budgeting, scheduling, logistics, and reporting.

    Collaborate with Expert Volunteers: Partner closely with EUROSPINE's volunteer committees, composed of leading spine professionals.

    Lead Strategic Initiatives: Oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with EUROSPINE's goals and driving overall programme success.

    Foster Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to execute projects effectively.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    3+ years of experience in project/programme management, community engagement, or a related field.

    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

    Demonstrated experience collaborating with subject matter experts and volunteers.

    Strong project and programme management expertise, including budgeting, planning, and execution.

    Passion for EUROSPINE's mission and fostering a vibrant and engaged membership community.

    Experience developing and implementing programmes for a diverse membership base is a strong plus.
