Tasks

Lead and evolve our QA strategy by establishing best practices and fostering a quality culture across the organization
Define and establish processes to ensure quality and performance of our Application.
Provide technical leadership to the QA team, mentoring team members and driving continuous improvement in our testing processes and methodologies
Collaborate with engineering teams to build and enhance our QA automation infrastructure, leveraging modern cloud technologies and AI-driven testing approaches
Partner with department heads and C-level executives to align QA initiatives with business objectives and growth strategies

Requirements

6+ years of experience in Software Development or Software Quality Assurance, with a proven track record of driving technical excellence
3+ years of leadership experience in technical or project management roles
Software development background with hands-on coding experience
Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
Experience working with a Typescript, Jest and Playwright testing stack
