🚀 We are building the first digital healthcare provider for the LGBTQ+ community. Our small team of entrepreneurs and healthcare professionals is driven by a vision of equitable, accessible, and high-quality healthcare backed by renowned VCs.
Tasks
You will work closely with our cofounder, Alex, to turn influencer marketing into a strong marketing channel for Every Health. As one of the first members of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategy, driving the development of a scalable approach to influencer outreach, community engagement, and campaign execution. Your contributions will directly strengthen our brand’s presence across key platforms, laying the groundwork for long-term growth and impact.
- Identifying Relevant Influencers – Research and identify influencers who align with our brand values, particularly within the LGBTQ+ community, to drive awareness and engagement.
- Engaging New Influencer Partnerships – Initiate and nurture relationships with new influencers, introducing them to brand opportunities that authentically resonate with their audience and our mission.
- Strategizing and Assessing Influencer Campaigns – Develop campaign concepts tailored to queer healthcare topics, set objectives, and evaluate performance to optimize future initiatives.
- Managing Influencer Partnerships – Oversee influencer collaborations, ensuring smooth content execution, brand consistency, and compliance with healthcare communication standards.
- Tracking and Evaluating Key Performance Metrics – Monitor campaign KPIs, analyze engagement data, and leverage insights for continuous improvement.
- Cultivating Long-Term Influencer Connections – Build and maintain strong, authentic relationships with influencers to foster ongoing brand advocacy and trust in sensitive health-related topics.
- Spotting Emerging Social Media Trends – Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and viral content, especially in LGBTQ+ advocacy, sexual health, and healthcare communication.
Requirements
You’ll excel in this role if you
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, providing you with a solid foundation in strategic marketing and brand growth.
- Have experience in identifying and collaborating with influencers to drive sales, brand awareness and engagement across key platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
- Have a strong understanding of influencer dynamics and social media culture, allowing you to spot rising creators, viral trends, and strategic partnership opportunities.
- Are a creative marketer and relationship builder who can craft compelling influencer campaigns that align with brand messaging and deliver measurable impact.
- Are excited about working at a start-up where you’ll be building processes and infrastructure
- Are an adaptable, flexible, entrepreneurial, and collaborative problem-solver
- Possess professional proficiency in German and English
- Have touchpoints to and/or knowledge on the LGBTQ+ community
