The role:
Event Planning Support: Assist in the planning and organization of various events, including trade shows and promotional events.
Logistics Coordination: Help manage event logistics such as venue selection, vendor management, and transportation.
Onsite Event Management: Provide onsite support during events, helping with setup and coordination to ensure smooth execution.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and external vendors to ensure all elements of the event align with objectives and branding.
Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and event participants to guarantee a successful event experience.
Post-Event Reporting: Assist in gathering feedback, preparing post-event reports, and suggesting improvements for future events.
What you bring to the table:
Fluency in English and German.
A valid driver’s license.
You’re autonomous and capable of working independently, but also enjoy being part of a team and working cross-functionally.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
