E-commerce Support Manager (Working Student)

The Role

Website Management:
Maintain and update website content, including both copy and images, across all our stores using Sanity and Shopify.
Ensure all stores remain current and accurate to keep up to date with acquisition campaigns and content changes.

Product Management:
Set up and create new products in Shopify and Sanity across all stores for our seasonal rotation.
Manage the product catalog, updating existing listings, and removing out-of-stock items.
Update product pricing in alignment with acquisition campaigns.
Support with creating technical briefs, providing input to both frontend design and backend processes.

Team Support:
Collaborate closely with the E-commerce team and promptly report any issues that could impact the customer experience.
Working cross-functionally with performance marketing, operations and B2B teams.

What you bring to the table:
Excellent understanding of e-commerce platforms, Shopify a must, Sanity nice to have.
Fluency in German and English. Dutch and French are a plus.
Experience with subscription business models a plus
You have strong project management and organisational skills that make it easy for you to prioritise and multitask effectively.
You are ambitious and are looking to take the next step in your career, into a team lead position.
You’re autonomous and capable of working independently, but also enjoy being part of a team and working cross-functionally.
