    We are currently hiring a Corporate Communications Manager (m/f/d) Global/ EMEA.

    Tasks

    • Develop and implement innovative internal and external communications strategies, action plans & timelines for EMEA that drive employee alignment & engagement, company culture and support transformation / change management initiatives
    • Establish a regular cadence of relevant, easily accessible content through various communication channels
    • Advise and coach company leadership and support departments on communication strategies, including clear message alignment and channel selection
    • Ensure consistent, creative, and reliable news flow on internal communication channels
    • Support the communication part of larger change projects
    • Install strong communications governance incl. standards for corporate communications efforts, consistent with the business' positive image and branding efforts
    • Oversee management issues from a communications perspective, working in close partnership with different critical function partners (HR, Legal, QM etc.).
    • Manage crisis response strategies, reactive statements, FAQs and other deliverables as needed
    • Contribute to corporate website and corporate social media strategy that defines presence on external channels (eg. LinkedIn)
    • Continually improve, measure, and evaluate effectiveness of the company's communications strategy and methods
    • Budget responsibility & cost control for Corporate Communications EMEA

    Requirements

    • University degree in communications or media science and/or journalism and/or economic sciences
    • Minimum of 5-10 years experience in corporate and change communications, press or public relations in a corporate or agency structure
    • Experience in developing communications plans and strategies to deliver on business objectives
    • Excellent communication skills in English
    • Stylistically confident linguistic intuition and storytelling competence
    • Pronounced social skills to identify communication needs of workforce
    • Pronounced strategic/conceptual combined with strong operational implementation skills
    • Ability to gather complex topics rapidly and to convey subjects in a coherent and target group-oriented manner (oral and written)
    • Independent and methodologically strong way of working including high readiness to take initiative and to build and maintain strong network with relevant stakeholders
    • Ability to travel occasionally
