Join our team at Evident a leading global company owned by Bain Capital, and take on the role of Manager (m/f/d) Strategic Projects Microscopic Imaging Solution.

Tasks

• In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for driving the strategic development of the Microscopic Imaging Solution business on a global scale
• You will support the Global Business Unit Head in defining strategic priorities to drive market leadership and company growth
• You will spearhead strategic and/or operational initiatives, manage the Project Management Office (PMO) for the MIS strategic project portfolio, and coordinate project steering and governance
• Your tasks also include the preparation and conduction of Senior Management (Executive Committee) meetings as well as the preparation and coordination of meetings with the global senior management
• You will report directly to the Global Business Unit Head for Microscopic Imaging Solution and you will play a key role in shaping the future of our global business

Requirements

• You have successfully completed a course of studies in Business Administration, Engineering in similar areas
• You have several years of relevant professional experience in a top management consultancy
• You have profound project management experience as well as experience in sales, marketing and/or service topics regarding B2B businesses
• You can demonstrate excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization, including in English
• Your strengths include excellent analytical skills and a strong commercial mindset
• You have a confident manner and are a skilled negotiator across all levels of the organization
• You are able to prioritize quickly and effectively manage tasks
