    We are currently recruiting a Product Manager (m/f/d) Clinical Conventional Microscopes & IVF

    Tasks

    • As a Product Manager (m/f/d) you are responsible for product vision and strategy, analyzing key market and segment opportunities, understanding customer needs, customer lifetime value and competitive landscape
    • Your business focus is on conventional upright microscopes for diverse clinical applications such as routine Pathology, Hematology or IVF including Cameras and Education market offerings
    • You develop and articulate the product's value proposition to ensure it meets the needs of target markets and customer segments
    • You take responsibility for the product's P&L, ensuring financial objectives are met
    • You perform make/buy/partner analysis and build business scenarios
    • You develop a comprehensive product roadmap and feature development plans
    • You oversee the product lifecycle, making decisions on product launch, enhancements and end-of-life as needed

    Requirements

    • University degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
    • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product management
    • Background in conventional upright microscopes and diverse clinical applications
    • Commercial mindset with strong data-driven decision-making skills
    • Experience in working with international teams and managing global projects
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
    • Regular travel of 10-20% is a requirement of this role
