Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

• Management and Development of macOS Systems: Implement, oversee and enhance the performance of our macOS systems, supporting approximately 80 employees.
• Network Infrastructure Administration: Maintain and administer the network infrastructure to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Troubleshooting: Provide both remote and on-site support to resolve technical issues for end users.
• IT Support: Act as the main point of contact for our employees, offering assistance and guidance on IT-related matters.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in macOS systems administration.
• Experience in network management and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Great communication skills, especially when assisting non-technical staff. Fluent English skills are mandatory
• You can support us around 20 hours per week

Please note: this is not a remote only position, we offer you a flexible hybrid model here in Hamburg, Germany - working from home on Mondays & Fridays, coming to the office on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday! :)
