Exmox is a Hamburg based mobile marketing agency, connecting advertisers with their highest value users through our owned and operated apps. We created an innovative business model that focuses on rewarding users for testing and engaging with the apps of our clients.

Tasks

Role Overview

As our Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for shaping our brand, driving customer engagement, and fostering business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that showcase our technology, enhance market visibility, and generate leads

Tasks

• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals and industry trends
• Manage and maintain brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels and materials
• Conceptualize, plan, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, events, and more
• Develop compelling and targeted content, including blog posts, whitepapers, presentations, videos, and other materials to educate and engage our audience
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies
• Identify and establish partnerships with relevant industry players and platforms to expand our reach
• Maintain website and monitor SEO performance, seek to improve Google rankings

Requirements

• Exceptional communication and writing skills
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives
• Native level English, being a German speaker is a plus
• Being a creative thinker with a data-driven mindset
• Experience in the ad tech or gaming industry is a big plus
