Your mission

You proactively identify and engage potential candidates for our open positions through a variety of sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, Xing and social media platforms.
You serve as the first point of contact for candidates, crafting compelling and personalized outreach messages to capture their interest.
You provide support to your team throughout the entire recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
You gain valuable insights into general HR management, building a strong foundation for your professional growth.

Your profile

You are currently living and studying in Hamburg and are seeking a full-time internship in Human Resources.
You are available for a duration of 3 to 6 months.
You bring an open, communicative and motivated attitude to the table.
You are highly organized and thrive when working independently.
You are fluent in both German and English, enabling you to excel in a multilingual environment.
