Tasks
As a Recruiter (f(m/d), you will play a key role in the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to negotiating offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and drive the recruitment strategy in a fast-paced environment.
Your Responsibilites:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both technical and business roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
- Actively source candidates using various tools, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and referrals.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, cultural fit, and motivation.
- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Negotiate offers and contracts with successful candidates.
- Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Stay up-to-date with recruitment trends and best practices.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong experience hiring for both technical and business roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills, particularly in contract and hiring processes.
- Familiarity with modern recruitment tools and sourcing techniques.
- Fluent in English.
- Based in Hamburg, with a willingness to be in the office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Nice to Have:
- Proficiency in German or other languages.
- Experience working in an international and diverse work environment.

Please note: this is not a remote only position, we offer you a flexible hybrid model here in Hamburg, Germany - working from home on Mondays & Fridays, coming to the office on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday! :)
