Tasks

Overall responsibility for the HR department with a direct reporting line to the management:

• Professional and disciplinary leadership of the HR-team (approx. 4 employees)
• Professional sparring partner for the management and the company's executives, also in supporting transformation processes
• Further development and implementation of an HR strategy with a focus on digitalisation, HR processes and employer branding
• Trusting cooperation with employee representatives
• Management and further development of a multi-member HR team
• First point of contact for all Group interfaces
• Participation in internal projects

Requirements

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Head of HR. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Successfully completed studies in economics or law with a focus on human resources or comparable qualification
• 3-4 years of experience in a comparable team leading position, ideally in an international structure
• A solution-oriented mentality with a high level of understanding of processes and structures, preferably also acquired in larger organizations
• Experienced in evaluating and implementing modern HR management topics
• Profound knowledge of using an HR-Management tool such as bambooHR, personio, flairHR, etc.
• Well-founded in the definition, support and implementation of transformation processes
• Valued contact person at eye level at all hierarchical levels
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills

Please note: this is not a remote only position, we offer you a flexible hybrid model here in Hamburg, Germany - working from home on Mondays & Fridays, coming to the office on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday! :)
