Tasks

As part of the “customer twins” team, you will be responsible for researching and training Generative Agent Based Models to simulate both in-silico research participants and an expert research assistant.

What You'll Be Doing:

Develop Agent-Based Models for Human Mimicry: Engineer generative agent-based models with nuanced parameters to accurately simulate individual human behaviors, preferences, and opinions in digital twins for advanced customer research.
Research and Develop Generative Agent-Based Models: Design, implement, and optimize models to simulate in-silico research participants and expert research assistants
Model Training and Evaluation: Train and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) using state-of-the-art techniques, and evaluate their performance through rigorous testing and analysis.
Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and preprocess data necessary for training and validating generative models, ensuring high-quality datasets.
Innovate and Experiment: Stay updated with the latest research in generative AI and apply innovative approaches to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the founders, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate generative models into our systems.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or a related field.
3 years of experience in research and development of large language models and algorithms.
In-depth knowledge of Python and PyTorch.
