Tasks

As a Senior Frontend Engineer with a strong focus on User Experience (UX), you will play a key role in shaping how our users interact with our product. You will work closely with our development and AI team to create seamless, efficient, and visually appealing web interfaces that deliver a smooth and intuitive user experience, with a focus on user collaboration and creating native-feeling applications.

What You'll Be Doing:

Develop User-Centric Interfaces: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of user-facing interfaces using TypeScript and React.js, ensuring that they are visually appealing, intuitive, responsive across various devices, and deliver a native app-like experience with a focus on user collaboration.
Optimize User Experience: Continuously improve the user journey by implementing A/B testing, collecting user feedback, and refining interactions based on data-driven insights to enhance usability and engagement.
Performance Optimization: Ensure fast load times and smooth performance by implementing modern frontend performance techniques such as lazy loading, code splitting, and optimizing assets.
Collaborate on Backend Middleware: Work on the backend middleware between the frontend and AI stack using Nest.js, ensuring seamless communication and data flow between the user interface and AI components.

Requirements

Professional Experience:

7+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with a focus on building scalable and user-friendly web applications.
Preferably a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, UX/UI Design, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in React.js, Next.js and TypeScript with a strong understanding of modern frontend development principles.
Experienced in frameworks like TailwindCSS for creating responsive and adaptive designs.
Bonus: Experience with data visualization libraries like Vega or D3

UX Focus & Collaboration:

Passion for user-centered design and knowledge of UX research methods like A/B testing, heatmaps, or user surveys to refine and enhance frontend experiences.
