Tasks

As part of the “customer twins” team, you will be responsible for building cloud infrastructure that processes petabytes of data and makes our customer twin models accessible for our platform backend.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Architect and Scale Data Infrastructure: Design and deploy robust infrastructure solutions capable of managing petabytes of data and supporting millions of digital customer twins with efficiency and scalability.
• Engineer Scalable Backend Systems: Develop and optimize backend systems to handle massive data volumes and collaborate with the AI research team to make millions of digital customer twins for advanced customer research.
• Build High-Performance Data Pipelines: Construct and optimize high-performance data pipelines to ingest, process, and analyze vast amounts of data, essential for generating and maintaining digital customer twins at scale.
• Manage Twins and Twin Factory: Oversee the creation, deployment, and maintenance of customer twin models, ensuring they are accurately and efficiently produced and managed.
• Collaborate and Contribute to Technical Decisions: Participate in team discussions, providing insights and recommendations on technical decisions and strategic directions.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Fluent in Python and, ideally with some experience with PyTorch.
• Experienced in building AI-related cloud infrastructure, preferably handling data at petabyte scale.
• Skilled in logging, monitoring, CI/CD, and other essential DevOps practices.
• Skilled in designing, building, and maintaining robust data pipelines and architectures.
